New Veillette Guitars Gryphon - Octave 12-string Acoustic Guitar

We custom ordered this Veillette High Tuned 12 string Gryphon with everything you could ask for. It starts with mahogany and spruce for the body, we then added a deep red sunburst, onboared DTAR Wavelenght 18v pickup system and an onboard tuner that is super easy to use. We finished it off with an upgrade to a hardshell case. We absolutely love this design by Joe Veillette, imagine a glorious sounding 12 string capoed at the 10th fret. That what you get hear, a short scale, easy to play unison 12 string (no octaves), that's tuned high to D. The result is a huge and beautiful double course sound, like a mandolin only richer and warmer. Any guitarist can play it, using everything you already know, but you'll get a fresh sound that will inspire you and your band.
